Harad Construction is led by Mohammad Aryan as Principal / Managing Director. He brings 20+ years of experience managing and delivering construction and renovation projects in Iran and Canada. He completed Civil Engineering studies (Road & Building Engineering) in Iran and was previously registered with Iran’s engineering organization in construction execution and supervision. He also holds specialized safety training and certifications in HSE and excavation safety.
This background supports strong decision-making throughout the project from planning and crew coordination to safety management, quality control, and final delivery. His experience includes wood, steel, and concrete structures, and the use of modern materials and current construction methods.

In this model, we confirm responsibilities upfront and deliver construction based on approved drawings and documentation, with disciplined site execution. We also support coordination on documentation and construction-related items that arise during the process, so the project remains organized, trackable, and aligned with the approved scope.

Harad Construction is insured and operates under WorkSafeBC coverage. On every project especially in condos and commercial spaces we prioritize jobsite organization, safety, protection of existing finishes, and clean execution.
To maintain consistent quality and accountability, we work with selected, reputable trades and subcontractors teams with proven experience that meet safety standards and carry the required documentation (including insurance and WorkSafeBC-related requirements when applicable). This approach helps clients start with confidence and keeps the process professional from start to finish.
